All prices are subject to change if your characters are extra complicated, or if you're asking for a very complicated piece. Prices for backgrounds are completely negotiable. BY COMMISSIONING ME YOU ARE AUTOMATICALLY AGREEING TO MY TERMS OF SERVICE, WHETHER YOU HAVE READ THEM OR NOT. WHEN COMMISSIONING ARTISTS YOU SHOULD ALWAYS READ THE TOS IN CASE THERE IS SOMETHING YOU DON'T AGREE ON. IF YOU DON'T AGREE WITH MY TOS, PLEASE DON'T COMMISSION ME AND MAKE IT DIFFICULT FOR THE BOTH OF US.. I DO NOT START UNTIL PAYMENT HAS BEEN MADE || ABOUT WIP'S - I never start until payments have been made. If you don't like being on the end of the queue, you can offer to pay extra to be put ahead of the queue. With WIP's, please ask! It tends to slow me down to send WIP's to every single person as I wait for their replies, but if you ask I have no problem! Changes must be made DURING THE SKETCH PHASE, any minor changes are fine, but major changes may cost extra, as they take up more of my time!. STREAMING COMMISSIONS - During the stream, any changes to the artwork must be made DURING THE SKETCH PHASE. Just because it's in stream, doesn't mean I'm willing to make as many changes as you'd like, especially when I'm trying my best to get everyone's art done in stream within a certain amount of time, whilst still giving people quality work. After lineart has been done, only minor colour changes are allowed to be made. (With the exception of custom designs, yet still nothing too excessive please.). ART TAKES TIME + I'M A FULL TIME STUDENT! - Although this used to be more relevant than it was now, and my organisation skills have improved, I feel it's necessary to keep this here. Artists have lives too. Really, the only time there will be delays with my art is when I'm going through a tough time, so feel free to politely message me at any time to ask how your commission is going and of course I'll be happy to update you! Always check my queue; if you don't like being at the end of it, don't commission me just yet, or pay more to be put ahead of it. I can usually give you an estimate if you ask, but sometimes things shift and plans change and it can make minor changes to said date. I appreciate people with patience. If you are very rude and try to rush me without reason, I unfortunately, will rush with your commission, and the outcome won't be nearly as nice, because I'll be too focused on making sure you're happy with me.. NO REF SHEET TO GIVE ME FOR REFERENCE? - That's fine, it really is. But you don't get to make any changes once I'm done if I've done something wrong. You need to make sure you mention everything you feel you need to. I'm not a mind reader! Any changes after completion will cost extra. It will most likely cost extra in general for a commission like this.. REFUNDS BEFORE COMPLETION - Very unlikely. The only way for this to happen is if you ask for a refund when I haven't started your commission after three months of ordering it. If I've already started, you won't get a refund. The only exception is that if you've been waiting for your artwork for 6 months and I haven't even started yet. If you ask politely for a refund after that amount of time, then I'll give it to you! Please mind that if you try to file a chargeback before six months, I'll put you on artists beware for not listening to my terms of service, because I will not stand for the contract being broken. By commissioning me you're agreeing to these rules, so please be mindful, though it has been well over 1.5 years since I've had any issues with this.. REFUNDS AFTER COMPLETION - It won't happen. If after your work is done, and you don't like it, you will not get your money back. Because regardless of whether or not it was what you were expecting or not, I have taken time out of my life to complete it for you, and I always put everything into my artwork. That much effort deserves to be paid for. If there's something wrong with it, of course we can work together and I can make any required changes, depending on how much time the change will take - especially if you have a difficult character - if you're just being rude and fussy, I most likely won't change it. But if you're kind and explain to me without getting aggressive, it'll be fine. If you never gave me a proper ref sheet to begin with, I won't be making any changes at all unless you pay me. I've had this happen to me once before and it's just unnecessary.. REPOSTING ARTWORK - Go ahead my friends! You can post it on Facebook, Deviantart, or FurAffinity, w/e. You may repost your commissioned artwork, as long as you credit me as the original artist/designer (depending on if you've commissioned artwork or designs.) You've paid for this artwork and you have the right to show it off in your gallery, as long as you're following my rules! If I have a problem with you reposting the artwork I've made for you, I'll let you know. If you break the rules, your rights WILL be taken away. Please don't sell anything that features my artwork ! You can use designs you've purchased from me for whatever purpose you want as long as you credit me, just don't profit off of my art!. DON'T BE RUDE - Does this even need to be said? If you're sweet to me I'll be sweet to you and all will be well!. CONSEQUENCES OF BREAKING THE RULES OF MY TERMS OF SERVICE - You will either not receive your commission and receive a partial refund - equivalent to the amount of time that I have not worked on your piece. Or you will receive the artwork and not have the rights to post it anywhere. That is all.. RESPECT MY DECISION IF I ASK YOU TO NOT CREDIT ME IN YOUR GALLERY WHEN REPOSTING - Thank you!
